350 Tacoma is a local independent affiliate of 350.org, an international grassroots movement working to solve the climate crisis.

350 Tacoma is one of the newest groups within the 350 network, which extends to 188 countries. Each group uses online campaigns, grassroots organizing, and mass public actions to oppose new coal, oil and gas projects, take money out of the companies that are heating up the planet, and build 100% clean energy solutions that work for all.
We believe in a safe climate and a better future — a just, prosperous, and equitable world built with the power of ordinary people. There is much work to be done here in our own community.
Join us for our first public meeting at Urban Grace Church in Tacoma on Thursday, August 10, with food and social time from 6-7 PM, and introductions and information from 7-8:30 PM. (Please bring a plate and a water bottle or mug.) We'll get to know each other and 350.org, then learn about brand new local campaigns, actions and trainings we can plug into NOW to make a difference in our community.
We can't wait to share our start-up plans and build the future of 350 Tacoma together!
