Carlisle Rising to Action (CRTA) is a local advocacy group formed by Carlisle, Massachusetts, citizens and residents concerned about increased division and intolerance in our country and threats to core democratic principles such as equality, voting rights, freedom of the press, and transparency in government. The group is focused on action areas such as tolerance and civil discourse, environmental sustainability, refugee and immigration support, women's rights, healthcare, and more. Thousands of similar grass roots organizations are being formed nationwide. CRTA is coordinating with other groups in our region on local, state, and national issues.
