CIRC achieves its mission through non-partisan civic engagement, public education and policy advocacy to win humane and workable immigration policies at the local, state and federal level. We are a 501(c)3 non profit entity that does not delete comments unless they are profane/vulgar or attacks on the basic humanity of another user.
