The Illinois Democratic County Chairs’ Association (IDCCA) is a statewide organization formed over 50 years ago to support the political agenda of our Party through grassroots organizing, party building, and helping elect Democrats using the County Party structure. Every Democrat, everywhere counts. The IDCCA’s mission is to build a dynamic and sustainable Democratic partnership resource organization for Illinois Democratic County Parties, to support the political agenda of the Democratic Party, to grow the Party, and to elect Democrats at every level including county, statewide, and national. Resources include training and best practices guidance to all 102 Illinois Democratic County Parties and their members.
