'Alianza de Jovenes Indocumentados de Indiana' We are HUMANS. We have RIGHTS. We have DIGNITY. We deserve RESPECT. The Indiana Undocumented Youth Alliance (IUYA) is a youth-led organization committed to empowering undocumented youth to achieve high levels of education, influence public policy, and overall improve the quality of life of undocumented communities in the state of Indiana. Our organization was established in 2011 after our founders held a peaceful sit-in at former Governor Mitch Daniels’ office asking to veto HEA 1402 and SEA 590 'Indiana Undocumented Youth Alliance (IUYA)' is a youth-led community organization that seeks to empower young immigrants to achieve higher education and with the support of our allies demand more just and humane local, state and federal policies that directly affect undocumented families in our community. 'La Alianza de Jovenes Indocumentados de Indiana' es una organización comunitaria dirigida por jovenes que apoyamos esfuerzos para que otros jovenes inmigrantes obtengan una educación superior. Con el apoyo de nuestros aliados, exigimos que politicas y leyes locales, estatales, y federales que afectan directamente a familias indocumentadas sean más justas y humanas.
