Maryland NOW works within the State of Maryland to further the purposes and policies of the National Organization for Women through the coordination of chapter efforts and statewide functions and actions. MD NOW is a grassroots organization of several thousand members and supporters. Its dual focus is supporting the local chapters that make up our organization, and maintaining a strong presence in Annapolis on legislation of concern to our membership.
