The march will be held on January 21, 2017, at 10:00am in Memphis. The march will begin at the Shelby County D'Army Bailey Courthouse (at the corner of 2nd St and Adams Ave) and end a mile away at the National Civil Rights Museum. As an extension of the Women's March on Washington, local Memphians will gather and march for Women's rights, human rights regardless of a woman's race, ethnicity, religion, immigration status, gender expression, economic status, age or disability. Please join in showing your support by attending the march on January 21, 2017 at 10am at the Shelby County D'Army Bailey Courthouse. FAQs: The Memphis Women's March is meant to be a safe space for all of those attending and participating. Please be courteous, respectful to everyone, and keep the following in mind: No alcohol or weapons of any kind Be mindful of all attendees; this event is open to everyone and is inclusive to anyone who would like to participate. Do I need a ticket to attend? No. All the marches are free and public. Is it just for women only? No. The march is open to everyone who stands for human rights, civil liberties, tolerance of diversity, and compassion for our shared humanity. Is this a protest or a march? This is not a protest.
