Established in July 2012, the Monmouth County Democratic Women’s Caucus was created to essentially increase women’s political participation in the Monmouth County. Chairwoman: Retha Onitiri Vice Chairwoman: Aimee Humphreys The mission of the Monmouth County Democratic Women’s Caucus is to increase women’s participation in the Monmouth County Democratic Organization, build a sustainable women’s political power base and influence policy and the political process in Monmouth County. MCDWC support women currently in elected offices in Monmouth County who adhere to the DNC Platform, and train, mentor, and recruit women to run for municipal, county, state and federal offices on the Democratic slate by providing hands-on volunteer assistance and raising money. The MCDWC is working to re-elect Democratic Candidates on the Monmouth County ballots by supporting fundraising, phone banking, voter registration drives, canvassing, and get-out-the-vote events organized by partner Democratic Organizations.
