Native American LifeLines, a Title V Urban Indian Health Program (IHS), is a 501(c)(3) non-profit located in Baltimore, MD. Native American Lifelines is a Title V Urban Indian Health Program funded by the Indian Health Service. We provide medical case management, health education, cultural programming, behavioral health care and dental services to eligible American Indians and Alaska Natives. To be eligible, you must be an enrolled member of a federally recognized OR state recognized tribe, or a descendant of an enrolled member.
