NOW chapters focus on six priority issues including reproductive rights, ending sex discrimination/constitutional equality, promoting diversity and ending racism, economic justice, stopping violence against women, and LGBTQIA rights. Our chapter welcomes new members to help fight for women's rights on the local and national level. We're the Nevada chapter of the National Organization for Women, the largest feminist activist and intersectional feminist organization in the country. Nevada NOW is the rapid response network for the intersectional feminist community. We lobby and educate on a variety of topics including women's rights, systemic racism, gender violence, LGBTQI policies, eco-feminism, immigrant and refugee rights, poverty and tax policy, reproductive rights and women's health, employment rights, and much more. We are affiliated with the Nevada Chapter of the National Organization for Women and advocates for Legal Sanctuary, Las Vegas.
