WCI exists to create and support safe community gathering places for women where they can access the knowledge, training and support they need to thrive. The Centers serve as ‘base camps’ for the most urgent challenge of our time: the ascendance of women’s priorities and talents to shape an equitable, prosperous and peaceful world. To achieve that power, every woman, particularly those living in poverty, must have full access to every resource that has been claimed and dominated by men. Women’s Centers deliver that access in safe, uniquely supportive environments, ‘base camps ‘ for rebuilding our world around women’s priorities.
